About the Inn and Rooms
The Grand View Suite ($189.00) is decorated in traditional furnishings and offers a wall of south facing windows to the lake. This suite features a large Ultra Thermo-masseur whirlpool tub, queen size bed, TV/DVD, Wi-Fi and wood-burning fireplace. Access to the three-season porch is through the east door in this room. Throw a log on the fire and cozy up in the sitting area to watch a movie, read a book, or simply gaze at the grand view...
The Garden Room ($159.00) overlooks the lake through south facing patio doors that open to a three-season porch. Decorated in Euro-lake cottage, the room offers a whirlpool tub, large shower, queen size bed, TV/DVD, Wi-Fi and corner fireplace. Sink into the pillow-top featherbed after soaking in the UltraThermo-masseur tub ... the Garden Room is truly an escape!

Both Sides of Town
Book one night at Escape by the Lake, North Hudson and one night at the Phipps Inn, Hudson with a Both Sides of Town Special. Receive Chamber Bucks at your first B&B to use at any participating retailer while enjoying Hudson. At Escape by the Lake you will be given a gift card to Mama Maria's Italian Restaurant. At the Phipps Inn this will include their Little Something Extra: flowers, chocolates, and champagne or sparkling cider. The bookings must be for consecutive nights. Please mention this special when making your reservation. Package value is $75, but package price is $50!

- Advance payment of first night's stay required five days prior to your reservation date. Mastercard, Visa, Discover, check or cash accepted.
- Check in: 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. or by previous arrangement.
- Check out: 11:00 a.m.
Policies
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
- No guest pets please.
- We do not accept small children. If you have older children, please advise and inquire.
Cancellations
Cancellation required five days prior to check-in. If cancellation is requested less than five days prior to the check-in date, one of the following will occur: If the room is rebooked for the date(s) cancelled, a gift certificate will be issued. If the room is not rebooked, the price/cost of the entire reservation period is forfeited.
